Scott Blackmore

Scott Blackmore is Chief Executive Officer of Blackmore and Glunt, a role he assumed in 2026 after five years as President. He is the third generation of Blackmores at the firm.

He joined the firm in 1993 as an outside salesperson covering southern Illinois and southeast Missouri, took on the St. Louis territory in 2000, and moved into leadership as Sales Manager in 2005 and Vice President in 2010, becoming President in 2019. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Michigan State University.

Scott’s industry involvement extends well beyond B&G. He served on the Bell & Gossett Rep Council from 2016–2019 and was President of the Fluid Handling Representatives Association in 2024. An ASHRAE member, he led the St. Louis Chapter as President in 2004–2005 and served as Region VI Regional Vice Chair for Membership from 2005–2008; in 2013 he received the ASHRAE Chapter Service Award for his service to the St. Louis Chapter.
