Robert Glunt

Robert Glunt is President and Chief Financial Officer of Blackmore and Glunt, a role he assumed in 2026, with responsibility for company-wide operations, finance, and information technology. He is in the third generation of Glunts at the firm.

He joined the firm in 2004 as an outside salesperson and moved into corporate leadership as Treasurer in 2009, CFO in 2011, and Vice President in 2014. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Saint Louis University.

An ASHRAE member, Robert served as St. Louis Chapter President for the 2013–2014 year. He chaired the FHRA/Xylem eBusiness Task Force from 2014–2017 and helped develop ESP-Systemwize, Bell & Gossett’s web-based pump selection platform.
