Robert joined Blackmore and Glunt in 2004 as an outside salesperson. He is responsible for company-wide operations, finance, and information technology. He became Treasurer in 2009, CFO in 2011, Vice President in 2014, and Secretary in 2019. Robert graduated in 2004 from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Studies. He earned an MBA from Saint Louis University in 2011. He is a member of ASHRAE and served as St. Louis chapter President during the 2013-2014 year. Robert served as Chairman of the FHRA/Xylem eBusiness Task Force from 2014-2017 and helped develop ESP-Systemwize.
